     Sometimes tracking information won't be available.


    Here are some reasons why tracking information may not be available:
    The package do not ship out yet .
    Your order ship in many packages, some packages do not ship out.
    Some shipments, such as HK Post, it only show when it left HongKong, If it do not show update about 1 month, You can email us or leave us a message

  • About Missing Packages That Show as Delivered


    What to do if your package shows as delivered but you can't find it.


    If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:

    Within 36 hours of expected delivery

    Verify the shipping address

    Look for a notice of attempted delivery

    Look around the delivery location for your package

    See if someone else accepted the delivery

    Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.

    o Wait 36 hours - in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival

  • How can I personalize my shirt ?

    We can customize Offical style patch , name & number on your jersey.  Patch cost about US $3-5 each,  name & number cost extra $5 each.

    Customize of kids kits which in size #20 , #18, #16 are smaller than adult shirt , please understanding . 

    Adult Shirt ( Men & Women):

    we can personalize is  12 letters  &  2 number max. 

    Kids' kit :  

    we can personalize is 10 letters   & 2 number.

    If you want to personalize your team logo,sponsor logo, patch, name & number , Please send a message or email us  with your logo and design pictures. 


  • How to your maintain your jersey


    How to your maintain your jersey 


    1. Many details of the jersey and shorts are printed by heat transfer  printing and we suggest you wash the jersey and shorts by hand, because machine wash could damage the details. If you insist on machine wash, please turn the jersey inside out first.


    2. Please do not wash the printed or stamped area too hard, and avoid exposing the jersey and shorts in the sun for a long time. Besides, please hang up the jersey when you don't wear it.

    3. If the letter/number falls off, please put the jersey flat and cover the letter/number with a clean & non-stick paper, and iron it with 150 °C (302 °F) for 7-8 seconds. If it doesn't work, please iron again. 

    Attention: Please do not iron the printed area directly
